VENUE

The lectures will take place at the Max Planck Institute for Polymer Research, in the Hermann Staudinger Lecture Hall. The poster sessions will take place in the main foyer of the Department of Chemistry of the Johannes Gutenberg University.

How to reach the conference venue from Mainz main train station/city center by public transport

  • 51, 53, 59 (stop Friedrich-von-Pfeiffer-Weg or Hochschule Mainz)
  • 54, 55, 56, 58, 650, 68, 75, 91, 93 (stop Friedrich-von-Pfeiffer-Weg)
How to reach the conference venue by private transportation
CAR

From the south via the A60 highway 

  • Take the exit no. 20 (Mainz-Lerchenberg ). Turn right onto "Koblenzer Straße" and keep in the left lane. Before the fifth traffic light, turn right to arrive at the main entrance of the university. The Institute is located on your left hand side.   

From the north via the A60 highway 

  • Take the exit no. 19 (Mainz-Finthen) and follow the sign "Innenstadt". After passing the roundabout "Europaplatz" take the next left and follow the direction "Bretzenheim" and "Universität". Turn left at the first traffic light and again at the next traffic light to arrive at the main entrance of the university. The Institute is located on your left hand side.
